Christmas Ornaments and Decor

A Christmas tree is a story you add to every year: the ornament that makes everyone smile before it even reaches its branch, the one the kids look for first, the one a friend gave you. This collection is full of that kind of ornament, with dozens of nutcrackers, ballerinas and characters from the Nutcracker story to choose from.

Nutcracker ornament sets

Start with a set. Nutcracker ornaments come in sets of three, five or six, in classic Christmas colors, soft pastels and bright, funky mixes, so a whole tree can pick up a color scheme in one go. A set is also a ready-made gift for the friend who decorates.

Pull puppet ornaments

Give the tree a little life. Pull the cord and the puppet comes alive: a ballerina's arms and legs move, an angel's wings flutter. You'll find ballerinas and Nutcracker characters like Clara, the Mouse King and Drosselmeyer, standing about 5 to 6 inches tall, with a loop to hang them from a branch, a door or a wall.

Snow globe and resin ornaments

A snow globe ornament is the smallest holiday scene there is: a mini ballerina inside a 45 mm water globe, a gentle shake away from a flurry of snow. Resin ornaments bring the Nutcracker story down to about 4 inches, with Clara on pointe, the Snow Queen and the Mouse King painted in detail and ready to hang. Both are an easy stocking stuffer, or a gift for a child who loves ballet or for everyone in the cast at a recital.

Questions about Christmas ornaments

Do the ornaments hang on the tree?

Yes. These are made to hang on the tree, and the pull puppets can also hang from a door or a wall. The collection has some decorations that aren't ornaments too.

Are there ornaments for ballet lovers?

Yes. Ballerinas and characters from the Nutcracker story are throughout the collection, and our ballet gifts have more for dancers and ballet lovers.

What is the difference between an ornament and a nutcracker?

Ornaments hang. Nutcrackers stand on a mantel, shelf or table. For a figure to display, browse our Christmas nutcrackers.

Where can I find more snow globes?

Our snow globe collection has musical snow globes and more, as well as the mini ones here.
