The Asheville Ballet has a special Nutcracker 2020 event in the works, which honors both safety and tradition. This project will feature Eve Currens in the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy, Annika Stewart as the Snow Queen, and special guest artist, Marcelo Martinez, Principal Dancer with Carolina Ballet, in the roles of Cavalier and Snow King, and as guest choreographer for the Snow Pas de Deux.
